While children’s growth is monitored using growth charts in the clinical setting, the data from the growth charts are not collated on a national level, the state and territory level or for sub-groups of the population such as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population.  Therefore the prevalence of stunting based on the WHO Child Growth Standards in Australia is not available.
